He is survived by: his caregiver Carolyn Orr; his daughter Jennifer Cosby (Jordan); his grandchildren, Janiyah, Jaylin and Jalyssa; his siblings, Deborah DuVal (Robert), Kevin Orr (Annie) and Kirk Orr (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Relyn, Betheny, Andrew, Kraig, Tony and Nick; and his close friends, Jim and Marty.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jones-Kenney-Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
