She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Foulk and Medrith Foulk (Leach); her husband Gregory McKenzie; and her siblings, Jack Foulk, Leslie Foulk, Joann Foulk, Judy Kendall and Karen Foulk.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Sibert (Joseph) and Jeremy Foulk; her grandchildren, Treleon Foulk, Zakkary Acles, Zoey Sibert and Denoshana Martin; her brother Gary Foulk; and her nephew Jason Foulk.
