Larry E. Spicer Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Eldon E. Spicer and Betty Spicer (Mills); his siblings, Terry Spicer (Rhonda) and Nancy Cavanaugh; and his nieces and nephews, Cassandra Spicer, Shelby Webb, Josh Spicer and Mik Cavanaugh.
