He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Miller and Clarabelle Miller (Cultice); his brother Gerald; and his brother-in-law Thomas Newcomb. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Garrett; his grandchildren, Madalynn Garrett (Trevor) and Grace Garrett (Blake); his brother Michael Miller (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Kelly Young (Doug) and David Newcomb (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
