Larry A. Strome Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry A. Strome of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Strome and Dorothy Strome (Jenkins); his wife Judith; and his siblings, Dorothy Carter, Clarence and Edward Strome.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Strome (Karen) and Stephen Strome (Pamela Mihaly); his brother Darrell Strome (Marti); and his granddaughter Patricia Strome. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Carlisle Cemetery (11545 Musselman Rd, New Carlisle, OH 45344).
