He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Brugger, and Anne Brugger, Sr. (O'Brien); his children, Megan Brugger, Xenia, Louisa Tsuchida (Hideo), Dayton, Jennifer Chandler (Jeff) of Sarasota, FL, Mary Frances Brugger, Kettering and Joseph Brugger (Kaysi); his grandchildren, Hailey, Julia, Jaxson, Caroline, Ruben, Richie, Brenden, Willow and Saylor; his siblings, Geri Lorensen (Mark), Kerry Brugger (Kathy), Anna Marie Chamberlain (Larry), Thomas "Ned" Brugger (Julie) and Valeria Brugger; his cousin Kathleen Shannon (Tim); and his wife Elisia. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
