She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J. Brown and Lucy W. Brown (Ferguson); and her siblings, Joyce Simmermon, Bud Brown, Virgil Brown and Mary Lou Brubaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorcas Strickland (Tim) and Susie Brown (Buddy); her granddaughters, Chelsea Tritle (Quinton), Christa, Carah Brown and Kaylie Strickland; her great grandchild Emerson; her brother Bill Brown; and her friends, Pam Bowman-Amlin and Sally Tackett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to High Street Church of the Nazarene.
