She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Alfrey and Vivian Alfrey (Ratliff); and her husband Tom Jessee. She is survived by: her daughters, Billie Buchanan, Carrie Alfrey and Stephanie Alfrey; her grandchildren, Josh, Steven, Brandon, Robin, Misty and Amber; and her sister-in-law Beverly Alfrey.
