She is survived by: her son Dan Hastings; her grandchildren, Jason Maggard (Brandi Folse), Veronica, Josephine Maggard and Ellen Moncure; her daughters, Veronica and Josephine; her nieces, Debbie Combs Gibson, Vicki Combs Stacey (Paul) and Donna Sue Combs Gaines (Keith); her friend Martha Fisher; and her caregiver Robyn McGee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
