He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Stevens and Marie Stevens; his wife Julia L. Stevens (Yoder); his brothers, John and Gary Stevens; and his parents-in-law, Albert and Alyce Yoder.
He is survived by: his daughters, Molly Frey (Brian) of Wapakoneta and Margaret Sennett (Lance) of Waynetown, Indiana; his grandchildren, Allison, Bryce, Brady McCumons, Ellie Schlipf (Tucker), Emily Main (Clayton) and Claire Sennett; his great grandchild Crue Main; his sister Peggy Damewood (Randy); and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Stevens and Janet Brown. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
