She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swonger and Alice Swonger (Johnson); her husband Forrest Applegate; and her brother Tim Swonger. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Conner, Kerri Chamberlin, Jennifer Kershaw and Sarah Ream (Scott); her grandchildren, Stevie, Anakin, Hayden, Aunya, Tori, Jesse, Levi, Chelsea, Taylor and Justin; and her sister Pattie Lambacher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
