He is survived by: his children, Scott (Dianna), Amy and Lisa (Mike Wade); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brandi, Brandon, Jordyn, Logan and Luke; his great grandchildren, Levi, Sebastian and Delaney; Judy Melvin and Greta Runyon.
