She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Surbaugh (Wanda Banfield) and Don A. "Tony" Surbaugh; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Surbaugh; and her niece Debbie Davis. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
