She was predeceased by: her parents, Friedrich Schosser and Barbette Schosser (Benkert). She is survived by: her children, Steffen, Elenore, Margot and Germany; her husband Earl; her brother Georg Schosser; her children-in-law, Patty Simpson and Tom Berry; her granddaughters, Julie Baker (Eric), Jennifer Dickerson, Erika Amburgey (Aaron) and Jill Thornburg (Justin); her great grandchildren, Aliyah, Tristah, Carrie, Jackson, Eli and Alivia; and her sister Erika Roppelt. She is also survived by several cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
