He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Namack and LaDonna Gallupe (Okel). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda S. Namack (Hines); his daughters, Ashley Namack of St. Clairsville, OH and Karleigh Namack of Lexington, KY; his stepdaughters, Danielle Jetter (Jacob) of Kettering, OH, Savana McLain of Bellbrook and Peyton McLain of Bellbrook; his sister Darlene Usenick (Bill) of Flushing, OH; his niece Carrie Thomas; his nephew Brandon Usenick; his grandchild Kellan Malatinski; his nieces and nephews, Avery and Lucas Jetter; his mother-in-law Betty Hines; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Hines (Holly), Kelly Hines (Melissa) and Kristi Downing (Bruce). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McColaugh Massie Funeral Home, Inc. (826 N Detroit St, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
