Namack (Hines); his daughters, Ashley Namack of St. Clairsville, OH and Karleigh Namack of Lexington, KY; his stepdaughters, Danielle Jetter (Jacob) of Kettering, OH, Savana McLain of Bellbrook and Peyton McLain of Bellbrook; his sister Darlene Usenick (Bill) of Flushing, OH; his niece Carrie Thomas; his nephew Brandon Usenick; his grandchild Kellan Malatinski; his nieces and nephews, Avery and Lucas Jetter; his mother-in-law Betty Hines; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Hines (Holly), Kelly Hines (Melissa) and Kristi Downing (Bruce). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
