He is survived by: his girlfriend Kim Sowards (Burley); his granddaughters, Aiislynn (Kierstynn) and Zech; his siblings, Kim Clay, Regina Humphrey, Tina Smallwood, Kimberly Carter (Emmett), Mindy Humphrey, Willard Humphrey Jr. (Barbara), John Johnson, Anthony Johnson (Susan) and Keith Haynes (Kayetta); Kris, Kent Shawver and Mallory Shawver.
