She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kohl and Doris Askins (Edington); her husband Larry; her stepfather Mel Askins; and her son-in-law Ronnie Massie.
She is survived by: her children, Caryl Blevins, Brian Ackerman and Julie Massie; her grandchildren, Kayla Perkins (Lucas), Matthew Ackerman, Sophia Ackerman, Hannah Massie, Grace Ackerman and Addie Ackerman; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Harper, Cash and Zeli.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (1801 St Paris Pike, Springfield, OH 45504).
