She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Hubbard. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Tebo of Wasilla, AK, Linda Polk of Nashville, TN, Russel Polk (Pamela) of Wapakoneta, OH and Kathy Stempko (Mark) of Springfield, OH; and her brother Richard Hubbard of Milner, GA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
