She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wilbur and Jewel Cassity, Sr. (Adkins); her son Robert Michael Lewis; and her siblings, Charles Cassity, Jr., Ollie Eugene Cassity and Madge Fraley (Cassity).
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Lewis (Bob); her children, Vickie Lewis Mason of Florence, KY and Roger; her daughter-in-law Teresa Lewis of Xenia, OH; her granddaughters, Steffanie (Eddie Bowen) of Martinsville, OH and Kristinna Mason of Murfreesboro, TN; her great grandchild Madelynne Mason of Martinsville, OH; her brother Ernest Ray; and her sister-in-law Eula Cassity of Fairborn. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
