She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William Webb and Rosa Lee Willis; her husband Norval Owens Sr.; her children, Norval Owens Jr. and Wanda Owens; her siblings, Robert Webb, Phillip Webb, Chloe Yates, Thomas Webb and David Webb; and her great great grandchildren, Daniyah and Diontez McWhorter.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Owens; and her brother Everett Webb. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Restored Life Ministries (1117 Innisfallen Ave, Springfield, OH 45506).
