As Matthew departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Matthew may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Matthew leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mahoney and Mary Anne Mahoney (Oster); and his siblings, John, Phillip, Vincent, Steve, Martin and Eileen.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Mahoney (Rhodes); his son Ryan; and his siblings, Anne Schaaf and Dennis Mahoney (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
