He is survived by: his children, Sharon "Sherry" Howard of Dayton, Walter "Sonny" (Apryle) of McDonough and Lewis "Butch" Turner of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Darrell Howard (Shaneeka), Thomas "Hank" Howard, Cherita "Rita" Howard, Carmen Clemons, Alex Turner, Gabrielle Turner, Karlos Ater and Shaunte Earley.
