He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Biggs and Marie Biggs (Morthland). He is survived by: his wife Norreen Biggs (Voigt); his sons, Steven and Patrick Biggs; and his grandchildren, McKenzie, Brody, Peyton and Keegan.
