He was predeceased by: his parents, Desmond Harcourt and Beatrice Harcourt Sr. (Turner); and his brother Desmond Harcourt Jr. (Bud). He is survived by: his wife Kay Harcourt (Chalmers); and his children, Keith M. Harcourt of Springfield, OH and Christina M. Harcourt (Jason) of Grove City, OH.
