He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray and Ruth Ray (Burkhart); his brother Tom Ray; and his brother-in-law Mark Eldridge. He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicky" Lee Ray (Griffin); his son Greg Cook (Sunshine); his granddaughter Mckenzie Cook; his siblings, John Ray (Loretta), Donna Scifers (Randy) and Becky Eldridge; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Griffin, Emily Yocom, Lilly Hill, Cameron Lynn and Ty Kanniard.
