He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Collins-Nott; his children, Michael Collins (Ashley), Tyler Collins (Sasha) and Brittany Graham (David); his brother Lee Nott (Pam); and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Owen, Chloe, Ava, Liam, Cadence, Grayson E., Aubrey and Grayson J.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
