She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Baxter Leach and Bennie Mae Leach (Marsee); her daughter Tami Byrum; her siblings, Andrew J. Leach, Cleadus Leach and Lanetta Ann Chandanais (Cricket); and her siblings-in-law, Larry Chandanais and Judy Smith.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chris Reese (Mariah), Katie Byrum (Brooke), Joanna Burns (Levi), Samantha Smith and Sophia Smith; her great grandchildren, Jaylin Reese, Aleigha Mitchell, Akiera Mitchell, Bryson Burns and Blair Burns; her husband Steve Smith; her son Jason Smith (Becca); her sister Sharon; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Fulghum, Millie Leach and Tom Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
