He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene M. Arthur and Judith A. Arthur (Valley); his wife Sally Arthur (Van Wyk); the mother of his children Marilyn Arthur (Murphy); his children, Nathan Arthur (Kristina), Anya Hughes (Darrell) and Erica Orwig; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Liam Arthur, Ozzie, Dominic, Finn Hughes, Gwendolyn and Bridgid Box; his stepchildren, Alison Van Wyk, Jeffrey Van Wyk (Sophia) and Gregory Van Wyk (Bethany); his stepgrandchildren, Nielsen, Sydney, Teagen and Tristan; his siblings, Gary Arthur (Alisa), David Arthur (Kay), Ann Goff, Sharon Wildman (Richard), Roger Arthur and Nancy Harber; and his brother-in-law Ron Harber.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship is being established in Neil's honor with Ohio Robotics, Inc. (XtremeSTEM), where he was a founding partner and co-founder of the XtremeSTEM program.
