She is survived by: her parents, Douglas George and Kyleene Smith (Mitchem); her aunt NikNik; her sister Jessica; her brother-in-law Blake Cheatham of Springfield; her nephews, Elijah and Colton Cheatham; and her close friends, Ron, Tami Reynolds, Zachary, Courtney Reynolds, Megan and Zach Davis. She is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
