He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lowe and Goldie Lowe; and his siblings, Bonnie, Norma, Kathleen, Carolyn and Bill.

He is survived by: his wife LaDonna; his children, Jason R Lowe and Gina Hicks (Gary); his brothers, Orville and Mike Lowe; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hicks and Sara Parton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

His other request was that there would be no flowers or trees planted as memorials.
