Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ortha leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman E. Blankenship and Elsie Marie Blankenship (Hitch). She is survived by: her children, Desiree Hitch (William Foulke), Anna Lannom (James), Ernest James Hitch and James Cleveland; and her grandchildren, Shailie Marie Hitch, Cheyenne Renee Boyet, Jasber Benjamin Dean Foulke, Gabriel Gage Palmer and Sophie. She is also survived by several other adopted children and grandchildren.
