He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marcelino Díaz and Jacienta Argueta; and his aunt Lisa Abston. He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann Penwell (Ackerman) and José Osman Díaz Argueta; his stepparents, Adam Penwell and Esmeralda Diaz; his siblings, Alivia Penwell, Ian Penwell, Lillian Díaz, Violet Díaz, Mateo Díaz and Liam Diaz; and his grandparents, JoAnn Ackerman and Kenneth Ackerman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to the family during the services to assist during this difficult, unexpected tragedy.
