As we bid adieu to Patty's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Patty has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilliam and Dillon; and her husband Edmond Hiatt. She is survived by: her children, Steven Morris (Suzanne), Karen Luttrell (Don) and Sharon Hill; her friend Krystal Potter; and her pet Daisy May. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren and a special caregiver.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home and Crematory (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
