It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Jeffery Carter of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Mae (Silvers) and Paul Junior Carter. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Carter (Ratliff); his children, Paul Jeffery Carter (Teresa) of Springfield, Sally Jo Riggs (Kenny) of Springfield, Charles "Chuck" Carter (Terri) of Urbana and Kimberly Carter of Springfield; and his siblings, Janet Carter, Sharon Redmond (Randall), Sally Carter (Jo Zuzarte) and Robert Carter (Laura). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
