He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar F. and Mary A. Allen (Bazel); his wife Lois M. Allen (Arledge); and his sister Regina Vince. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Tammy Allen), David L. Allen of Springfield, Donald L. (Melanie Allen) and Loralie (Kevin Cranfill). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
