He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene and Alma Emmons (Knott); his brother Dwayne Emmons; his nephew Randy Emmons; and his stepson Rodney Picolo.
He is survived by: his nieces, Brandi Ray (William), Heather Shelton (Brian) and Mandy Emmons (Jerod); his siblings, Debra Ray, Fred Emmons (Kim) and Mamie Emmons (Teresa); his grandchildren, Caleb, Curtis, Cheyanna and Alyssa; his cousins, Mary Ellen and Bobby Martin; and his close friend Al Horny.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
