He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frederick and Virginia Frederick (Cochran); his sister Barbara; and his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his wife Donna Frederick (Murphy); his children, Christopher Frederick (Marcia) of Powell and Jennifer Spangler (Neil) of Gilbert, AZ; and his grandchildren, Elise Frederick of Cincinnati, Jack Spangler, Lara Frederick and Will Frederick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
