He was predeceased by: his father Paul W. Packer; his wife Susan; and his grandson Michael Packer. He is survived by: his mother Flo Jean Packer (Handley); his children, Mike Packer (Bobbi Wilcox) and Kim Packer; his siblings, Terry Packer (Karen) and Kathey Packer; his grandchildren, Caleb Packer (Courtney), Kira Chaffin (Nate Dean), Kali Chaffin (Derek Borden), Kamryn Chaffin, Alanna Wilcox, Braydon Wilcox and Malachi Wilcox; his great grandchildren, Bailee, Aubriee, Bryson, Hudson and Baby Nate; Amirah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
