He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Howard Berridge and Bertha Jane Berridge (Dulaney); his former wife Marguerite L Berridge (Sheeks); his siblings, H. Earl Berridge, John Berridge, Virgil Berridge, Glenna Hooker and Shirley Yochum; and his daughters, Pamela Smith and Janice Berridge.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Berridge; his daughter Valerie Brown (Tim); his grandchildren, Aaron Brown (Alex), Joshua Brown (Chelsey) and Maggie Smith; and his great grandchild Alivia Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
