She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Roger (Lori Cochran) and Linda (Brett Hyslop); her grandchildren, Justin (Lynn Cochran), Michelle Tyree and Dakotah Hyslop; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Leo Cochran, Riann and Jett Hyslop; and her sisters, Nancy Litterell, Ruth Preston and Janice Stir.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
