She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Neff and Icy Neff (Setty); and her husband Roger Peck. She is survived by: her children, Robert (Molly Peck), Jim (Cindy Peck) and Linda (Paul Bok); and her grandchildren, Clint Laird and Emily Peck. She is also survived by many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Clark Memorial Home or North Hampton Community Church in Phyllis' honor.
