He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Sinclair and Sarah Sinclair (Kistler) of Donnelsville, Ohio.; and his brothers, Arthur Jr. and Ronald Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his sons, Randy II and Matthew; his grandchildren, Mason Sinclair, Makenzie Bussell, Namine Crouse, Lorelei Gabbard and Parker Sinclair; his sister Sarah Mae Begley; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Sinclair.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Dawn for medical expenses.
