He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Monroe; his children, Bill Monroe (Rachel) and Shelia Monroe (Chris); his grandchildren, Paige Miller (Adam), Taylor Riley (Brenten), Kirsten Brooks (Kevin), Austin Monroe (Megan) and Austin Hall; his great grandchildren, Maci, Maddix, Chloe, Makinna, Easten, Merritt, Quinton and Kaiden; and his siblings, Linda Monroe Ginn, Donna Monroe Slusher (Ron) and Wilbur Monroe.
