She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Lee; her son Leslie Fultz; and her sisters, Isa Mae Jenkins and Inez Burchwell. She is survived by: her husband Farrell Jay Fultz; her daughter Sue Rucker (Brian); and her grandchildren, Angie Fultz and Zachary Wayne Fultz.
