She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Bowen and Sylvia J. D. Bowen; her husband J. Robert "Bob" Holcomb; and her close friend Robert (Bob).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ohio Masonic Home (2655 W National Rd, Springfield, OH 45504). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Toni's name to the Ohio Masonic Home Benevolent Endowment Foundation in Springfield, Ohio, or American Cancer Society – Breast Cancer or American Diabetes Foundation, and will be greatly appreciated.
