She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara McDonald; her siblings, Deborah Fuller, David Stump and Danny Stump; her son-in-law AJ McReynolds; her granddaughter Taylor Rydel; her mother Peggy LeVan; and her sisters, Kimberly LeVan and Lori LeVan Busch.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Churchward; her children, Jody Gump (Kelley), Daniel Gump, Tori Beatty (Joseph), Greg Rydel, David Giorgilli (Kate), Colton Collins and Tova McReynolds; and her grandchildren, Destiny (Cody), Treven, Tasia, Jayden (Cayden), Katie, Jude, Scarlett, Hudson, Bowen, Cillian and Luna. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
