He is survived by: his wife Debra (Chevalier); his children, Krista (Kevin Scarberry), Andrew (Jamie Howe) and Casey (Kavita Howe); his grandchildren, Zachary, Christian, Jerome, Madeline and Zara; his sisters, Mary Lynn (Gene Barnett) and Sue (Larry Westfall); his sisters-in-law, Rae Ann Howe and Tina Inskeep (Mike); his close friend Bob Watson; and his children, Christian, Jerome, Madeline and Zara. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
