He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Allen); his stepdaughter Cassie of Beavercreek; his sister Cindi (Mike Duffy); his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Sarah), Cara (Eli), Mark and Denise Riffe; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colin and Carmen; his mother-in-law Jean Allen; Michael.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Dayton.
