He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillon H. Blevins and Anna Lee Blevins (Holloway); and his siblings, Robert, Carolyn and Connie.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann (Armstrong); his children, Mark (Anita) of Springfield, Melissa Link (Rick) of Fort Wayne and Randy (Bill) of Gahanna, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Dillon, Ethan Blevins, Lindsay Kumfer (Ryan) and Allison Link; his great grandchildren, Dawson, Charlie, Mackenzie, Garrett, Brooklyn, Nolan, Clara, Brandon and Braylon; and his brother Jerry Armstrong (Jolene). He is also survived by cousins and dear nieces and nephews.
