He was predeceased by: his mother Mable Jean Hoy; and his brother-in-law Michael Linthicum. He is survived by: his father Harry Allen Hoy; his siblings, Daniel Hoy, Michael Hoy (Lisa) and Deborah Linthicum; his friend Daniel Mattox; his nieces and nephews, Chad Linthicum (Tara), Travis Hoy, Erika Hoy and Tara Lowe (Rickey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eleanor, Piper, Joshua Ryder, Aubree, Aiden, Presley and Charlee.
